2006 National Bread and Pastry Championships results:

1st Place SMOAKE/DEWITT $25,000
2nd Place STAMM/KLOCKO $10,000
3rd Place NEWMAN/TANABE $5,000

The Bread and Pastry National Championships take place in Atlantic City, USA.
Teams of the Nations Best Pastry Chefs and Bakers compete for a first Place prize of 25,000 dollars.
Competitors must complete a bread,chocolate and sugar showpiece along with plated desserts,
entremets (cake), entremets glace, vienoisserie, artisan bread, and baguette.
